• Before player evaluations: A $25 administrative fee will be deducted for EACH PLAYER withdrawn. All remaining fees will be refunded.
• After player evaluations: A $25 administrative fee will be deducted for EACH PLAYER withdrawn. 50% remaining fees will be refunded.
• After any draft for the player’s age group: All fees are non-refundable.
• Other refunds: May be considered on a case-by-case basis at the DHYS Board’s discretion with the exception of a non-refundable $25 administrative fee for EACH PLAYER.

All withdrawal requests should be emailed to [email protected]. No verbal withdrawal requests will be accepted. Refunds (per the refund agreement above) for withdrawal are issued within one week of notice of withdrawal.

• Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons: Families with more than one child registered receive a $25 discount for every child after the first. (Middle School and competitive teams (Softball Select, All-Star teams) are not eligible for discounts).

• Spring and Fall season fees include: jersey, hat, belt, socks, field usage, umpires, insurance, and trophies as appropriate.

• Families who are not residents of DeKalb County are required to pay a county fee of $20.
